Approve or reject Weekly Studio's suggestions

Weekly Studio suggests changes to your leads, appointments and lead forms. Nothing changes until someone approves a suggestion.

After each run, Weekly Studio may suggest changes to your Jebat data. Each suggestion waits under Pending approvals until someone approves or rejects it.

Who can do this

Owners, admins and members can approve or reject a suggestion. Viewers see the suggestions with the note Ask an owner to review this. The demo workspace cannot approve anything.

What it can suggest

Weekly Studio picks its suggestions from these checks on your data:

  • A lead at Won that is not a Kasturi contact yet: promote it to a contact.
  • A lead that has had a completed appointment but has not reached Booked: move it to Booked.
  • A lead at Qualified or Booked with no upcoming appointment: book a follow-up call three days from now.
  • When the run found market ideas for the week, and no form was suggested in the last 30 days: create a lead form as a draft, with a name it picks. The form stays a draft until you activate it.

Steps

  1. Open Jebat and choose AI Agents in the side menu.
  2. Under Pending approvals, read each suggestion. It shows the change, a short reason for it, and every value the change will set.
  3. Click Approve to make the change, or Reject to dismiss it. Nothing is changed when you reject.
  4. To see what was decided lately, open Recently decided. Each item shows Approved, Rejected, Failed or Expired.

Common problems

  • "No suggestions waiting — Jebat will add some after its next run." There is nothing to decide. Run Weekly Studio again later; see Turn on and run Weekly Studio.
  • A suggestion shows Failed. The change could not be made. You can make it yourself on the screen it is about.
