See what visitors sent through a lead form
Read the latest submissions to a lead form, see what each visitor agreed to, and delete a submission.
Each lead form keeps what visitors sent through it. You can read the latest submissions on the Lead Forms screen.
Who can do this
- Everyone in the workspace can read submissions.
- Owners, admins and members can delete one. Viewers cannot.
- The demo workspace's forms are samples, so they have no submissions to show.
Steps
- Open Jebat and choose Lead Forms in the side menu.
- In the form's row, click View beside its Contacts count.
- The Submissions card opens above the table, newest first. Each submission shows the name, Email, Phone, Message and Consent: when the visitor agreed, and the exact sentence they agreed to.
- To open the contact the submission made, click Contact in Kasturi.
- To delete a submission, click Delete, then Delete submission. The contact it made stays in Kasturi. This cannot be undone.
- Click Close when you are done.
Common problems
- "No submissions to show for this form yet." Nobody has sent this form yet. Check that it is Active and that you have shared its link; see Create and share a lead form.
- "The submissions could not be loaded. Please try again." Click Try again.
- "Its contact has been deleted." The contact this submission made was deleted in Kasturi. The submission is still kept.
- Consent says "Not recorded (sent before consent was asked for)". The form was sent before forms asked for consent.
