Read your Jebat overview

See your leads, ad spend, cost per lead and upcoming appointments on one screen, and ask Jebat about them.

The Jebat overview puts your leads, campaigns and appointments on one screen, with Jebat's chat box at the top.

Who can do this

Everyone in the workspace can open the overview: owners, admins, members and viewers.

Steps

  1. Open Jebat and choose Overview in the side menu.
  2. To ask Jebat a question, type it into Ask Jebat anything… at the top, or click a ready question such as Which ad is performing best?
  3. Read the four figures at the top:
    • Total leads: every lead in Jebat, including leads that came in through your lead forms.
    • Ad spend: the spend you entered on your campaigns in Ad Studio.
    • Cost / lead: your total ad spend divided by the leads your campaigns brought in.
    • Conversion: the share of your leads that reached Won.
  4. Look over the cards below:
    • Leads over time: new leads each week for the last 8 weeks, and how many of them reached Qualified or further.
    • Leads by channel: where your leads came from.
    • Spend by channel: your campaign spend, split by channel.
    • Lead funnel: how many leads reached each stage, from Leads to Won.
    • Top campaigns: your campaigns, lowest cost per lead first.
    • AI agents: how many suggestions from Weekly Studio are waiting for you. Click Open AI Agents → to review them.
    • Upcoming appointments: your next five scheduled appointments, soonest first.

Common problems

  • "Ad engine health" and "Best time to engage" say "Not available yet". These cards are not built for your own workspace yet. Only the demo shows sample figures in them.
  • A card says "No leads yet" or "No campaigns yet". Add a lead in Lead Funnel or a campaign in Ad Studio, and the cards fill in.
  • "Couldn't load your dashboard — please refresh". Jebat could not read your data. Refresh the page.
  • Jebat stops answering. Without your own AI key, each person gets a few free questions a week. See Add your OpenRouter key.
