Landing pages

Make a public page in Kasturi with a headline, some text and one of your lead forms, and share its link.

A landing page is a public page that puts one of your lead forms in front of visitors. It has a headline, a short text and the form. You can also show the AI chatbot on it.

Who can do this

  • Everyone in the workspace can see the pages and their counts.
  • Owners, admins and members can add, edit and delete pages. Viewers can only read.

Before you start

A page shows one of your lead forms. Make the form first on the Lead Forms screen. A published page needs a form.

Steps

Make a page

  1. Open Kasturi and choose Landing Page.
  2. Click New page.
  3. Type a Name. Only you see this.
  4. Choose the Lead form the page shows. Responses go to this form, and its contacts, as usual.
  5. Type the Headline. Add a Subheading, Text and a Button label if you want them. The button says Send unless you change it.
  6. Choose the Status: Draft (only you can see it) or Published (anyone with the link).
  7. Tick Show the AI chatbot on this page if you want visitors to be able to ask your bot questions.
  8. Check the Preview, then click Save page.

Share a page

Under My pages, use the copy-link button on the page's row to copy its link, or the open button to see it in a new tab.

Read the counts

The page list shows each page's Views, Leads and Conversion (leads out of views). The figures at the top add up all your pages.

Edit or delete a page

  • Click the page's edit button, change it, and click Save changes.
  • Click its delete button, then Delete page. Its link stops working and its counts are lost. The lead form and its contacts are kept. This cannot be undone.

Common problems

  • Choose a lead form before publishing: a published page needs one to show.: pick a form, or save the page as a draft.
  • Form not active: the page is published, but its lead form is not active. Visitors see "page not available" until you activate the form.
  • Enter a name for the page. or Enter a headline.: fill in the field it names.
  • Keep the headline to 160 characters or fewer. or Keep the text to 4000 characters or fewer.: shorten the text.
  • The chatbot only appears when the workspace has its own AI key.
