Payment vouchers
See every payment voucher on record, what is issued, paid or still a draft, and what is outstanding.
Payment Vouchers is the register of vouchers on record, newest first. It only shows information. Creating vouchers is not built yet. This is Lekiu's own register of HR vouchers, separate from Bendahara's Payment Vouchers.
Who can do this
Owners and admins. The screen is hidden from everyone else, and shows "This page is for owners and admins of the workspace." if opened.
Steps
- Open Lekiu, then Payment Vouchers under Payroll.
- Read the figures: Issued this month, Paid this month, Drafts and Outstanding (issued but not paid).
- Read Amount by month and Vouchers by type.
- In Vouchers, each row shows the Voucher no, Payee, Type, Amount, Date and Status: Paid, Issued or Draft.
There is no way to create vouchers yet: New voucher and Export show "Available in a later update". In your own workspace the register shows "No vouchers yet" until vouchers can be created.
