Jebat settings

See your workspace details, and save ad budget caps, automation and notification choices for later. Nothing acts on them yet.

Jebat's settings show your workspace details. They also store your ad budget caps and your automation and notification choices. These are saved for later: nothing acts on them yet, so the Budget & spend, Automation and Notifications cards are marked Coming soon.

Who can do this

Owners, admins and members can change and save Jebat's settings. Viewers can see them, but the fields are switched off and there is no Save. The demo workspace is read-only.

Steps

  1. Open Jebat and choose Settings in the side menu, under Configuration. The page is titled Ad Settings.
  2. The Workspace card shows your company and how many people have access. To change them, click its link to your account pages.
  3. In Budget & spend, type a Daily budget cap (RM) and a Monthly cap (RM), or leave them empty for no cap, then click Save in that card. The caps are saved for later; they do not stop any spend yet. The Currency choice is saved too, but Jebat still shows every amount in RM.
  4. In Automation, turn on the choices you want, then click Save in that card. These choices are saved for later. Nothing acts on them yet: no ads are paused, no budget is moved and no spend is stopped.
    • Pause ads below your CTR threshold
    • Auto-optimise budget to top performers
    • Stop spend at your daily budget cap
  5. In Notifications, turn on Alert me on budget overspend and Email me a weekly performance summary if you want them, then click Save in that card. These choices are saved for later too. No alerts or emails are sent from them yet.

Each card saves only its own part. You see Saved. when it has gone through.

Common problems

  • "Connecting Meta is coming soon." The Connected account card shows Meta Business as Not connected. Jebat does not run ads on Meta yet, so these settings are saved for your workspace but no ads are run from them yet.
  • The Health check card says "Coming soon". The setup checklist is not built for your own workspace yet. Only the demo shows a sample.
